ACTUATOR AND INNER PLACEMENT UNIT
- After leak testing Cans were passed to Actuator and Inner unit. This unit consist two actuator and inner placing units.
- This unit consist two Pneumatic indexing table with two turrets both units operates simultaneously.
- After leak testing diversion unit is placed on conveyor which leaves equal amount of cans into both indexing units.
- It consist two vibrators one is for actuator and another is for inners.
- Turret is operated by mechanical indexer at required indexing stations, roller valves are placed which gives signal when canstouch it.
- Both actuator and inner placing track consist spring loaded bar in which product is held by balls, which is placed on to the cans by pneumatic cylinder.
- Both products are placed simultaneously.
- Also it is possible if we want to place only one product on the cans i.e. only actuator placement is possible, at this time inner placement unit will be idle. Also interlocks are provided so that if product is not available machine will be off and machine turns on when product is available automatically.
