AUTOMATIC SINGLE HOPPER 4 NOZZLE PISTON FILLING MACHINE

Operation:

• The tin cans will be coming from the input conveyor
• The tin cans will be stopped by a pair of stoppers.
• The filling heads mounted above will start filling operation
• The Filling Heads is a positive displacement type filling. The product is stored in SS hopper. During each stroke of the piston, a required quantity of product is drawn from the hopper and delivered through the output nozzle. A clean cutoff system is given which eliminates the dripping of the product.
• After filling the Stoppers release the tin cans on to the output conveyor.
